As well as support from our Mental Health First Aid trained residence teams, we also provide a free, well-being support app for all our residents! If you find you are struggling to adjust to university life, alongside work and juggling finances, you may feel stressed or anxious, but you can access professional counsellors through the app. The app will also provide well-being advice, track your mood, and provide you with daily exercises that might help you to relax.
